Style: Munich Style Hefeweizen, ABV: 5.9 | We built this easy-drinking wheat beer in the mold of the great Munich Weisse beers. It’s got a backbone of malted wheat beer supported by German Pilsner beer. We fermented it with a traditional yeast strain to bring out the maximum flavor potential of the grain. You’ll get a beautiful malty aroma with hints of clove and banana, and a full, luxurious mouthfeel. Enjoy this traditional beer with Katsu or Jun… or your favorite Schnitzel

Style: Local Keitt Mangos, ABV: 4.6 | We flavored this yeast soured ale with the complimentary tang of Locally grown Keitt Mangos. The aroma will remind of you the satisfying crunch of slicing into a freshly picked green mango, and the flavor will tempt your most puckering face while delivering a hint of ripe golden mango flavor. We sourced fresh mango from the Big Island in our continuing effort to support local agriculture and food security for Hawai’i. Cheers!

Style: Amarillo, Citra, Centennial, Summit, ABV: 6.5% | We crafted this west coast with an eye toward capturing the essence of 25 years of IPA innovation on the west coast. We took our inspiration from the first generation of southern california IPA’s, building a malt backbone almost strong enough to stand up to an IBU-war-era dosage of some classic West Coast IPA hops – Simcoe, Centennial, and Columbus. Then we double-dry hopped it, letting those aromas soak in for 6 days. This is our High-Fidelity love song celebrating what made West Coast IPA’s the hottest drink to think about for 20 years.

ABV: 5.2 I What can you say man? It's almost impossible to find a porter that isn't carrying some kind of baggage. Coconut. Molasses. Peanut Butter. Chocolate. Mint?!? Our boy is a little sick of carrying bags and has gotten a little roasty about it. This is a porter that stands on it's own. We rounded out the traditional malt with a kiss of Honey Malt and a dash of Rye, to reflect the feisty attitude of a porter who doesn't need to carry any bags to get the job done.

ABV: 5.4 I What the heck is a Kolsch? Even the Kolsch doesn't know! It's got more flavor than a lager, but it's crisper than an ale and smooth like a latin lover dipped in white chocolate then wrapped in satin. Package all that in a pale ale made with German malts, wrap it up with an ale yeast that likes lager fermentation temps, and button it up with a healthy dose of Noble hops and you've got yourself a Kolsch. Enjoy this one with good conversation and good friends.

ABV: 5.0 I Sticking your nose into the barrel of this aroma is asking for a face full of citrus zest with a tinge of bitter reality as you scream over the reef. But the end of this ride is going to be all smiles as you cruise through this beer in style. At 5.0%, you’ll have points to spare as you paddle out for another go. We layered traditional West coast malts and hops over a fermentation process and yeasts straight from the old country to give you the best of all worlds… crisp, flavorful, aromatic. It’s a part wave of a beer…there’s a little something for everyone. Have a good session!

ABV: 5.5 I This Blood Orange Kolsch balances the best qualities of the famous citrus with the crisp, malty satisfaction of our best selling Kolsch. Authentic German Pilsner malts create a satisfying malt backbone, and a touch of traditional Hallertau Perle Hops give a hint of bitterness to this crushable beer. With a hazy red-orange hue like a sunrise, this slightly fruity, mildly tart brew will keep you going through all your favorite indoor and outdoor activities.

ABV 5.3 I This crisp and refreshing lager was brewed as a collaboration with Ko‘olau Mountain Watershed Partnership in honor of the ‘aina that we love and call home. The subtle flavor of watermelon is paired with a delicious dash of tajin that reminds you of chowing down on your favorite fruit on a hot Hawai‘i day soaking up the sun at your favorite beach. Noble hops add a hint of bitterness that keeps this beer just edgy enough to keep you coming back for more. This is a one of a kind limited run brew: come and grab a pint while you can and toast the KMWP for all the good work they do to keep our rivers, streams and ocean healthy for generations to come!

ABV I 6.7% This beer is dedicated to Peter Joseph Rappa, who joined the University of Hawaiʻi Sea Grant College Program as an extension specialist in 1979. His life’s work was dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of the environment in Hawaiʻi and the Pacific Region. His love of Hawai‘i’s people and natural resources, his enthusiasm for life, along with his dedication to Hawai‘i Sea Grant’s mission were only matched by his infectious personality and appreciation for beer! Sadly Peter lost a valiant battle with cancer. In an effort to continue his spirit and good work, Hawai‘i Sea Grant created the Peter J. Rappa Resilient and Sustainable Coasts Fellowship in 2011. Proceeds from the Rappa Red IPA will go towards supporting future cohorts of Rappa Fellows who engage in training and research to better understand coastal community planning, resilience, climate adaptation, sustainability, and a love of good beer.

ABV I 8.5% You might be wondering: what is an Oyster Stout? Well, lemme tell you, it's exactly what it sounds like. It's a stout made with oysters. Now you might be wondering: Why, though? Why is it a stout made with oysters? The answer is that it doesn't come out tasting like an oyster at all. The salty brine of the oysters highlights the sweet notes of the malts just like salt does with chocolate, and the secret ingredient is the lime from the oyster's shells, which confers an extra soft and smooth mouthfeel and balancing the flavor of an 8.5% ABV brew. So don't be shy, get out of the sun and dive into a pint of the Moister Oyster!

I'm pretty sure we've all had the experience of stepping on a kiawe thorn and taking it straight through the rubber soul and on up into the arch of your foot. It isn't good. Maybe you don't get so angry that you rip it out with your teeth, but it definitely isn't good. But you know what IS good? This beer! You know what's good about it? Well, first of all, it's a delicious brown ale with notes of toffee and caramel brewed with the beans from kiawe seed pods, which produce nutty, vanilla, and graham cracker like flavors. Second of all, since we had to collect kiawe pods to make it, that means that with every sip you'll be helping to rid the beach of all those kiawe seeds that grow into big ol' trees with big ol' thorns that rip up your slippers. R.I.P., kiawe! Da Slippa Rippa has arrived!
