Come to Kalihi Beer and celebrate Cinco de Mayo in style with fresh micheladas mixed in-house from our delicious craft brews. Sweet and savory options are both available, made with our very own secret special sauce featuring some "unorthodox" but unbelievably tasty ingredients from the many cultures of the Pacific Rim that make Hawai'i such a beautiful place to live! If you've never had a michelada don't miss this (it's a like a Blood Mary but better!), and if you have, prepare yourself to take your Michelada game to the next level this Cinco de Mayo at Kalihi Beer!

Sunday, May 5th the first Kalihi Roots limited release brew will be tapped!"Pucker Up!" is a sour ale featuring the delicate flavor and aroma of poha berry. The brew will appeal to beer drinkers and fans of ciders alike with its light body, tart flavor and crisp, refreshing fruity finish, and subtle earthy and floral notes. The poha for this beer were sourced locally from Hawai'i Island's North Kohala district, making this beer absolutely one of a kind. So pucker up for a pint of poha berry sour at Kalihi Beer this Cinco de Mayo!

Had the carnitas quesadilla, it was very good. Went on a Saturday and caught some good live music. I did not have the beer but people in my group did and thought it was very good. The service was great for it being packed.
